It was incorporated to serve as Bank Saderat Iran’s investment wing and was responsible for the management of over 120 companies, which the Bank inherited in exchange for a government debt. Later. It changed its name and legal structure and expanded its activities. It is very active in the stock exchange, selling and buying stock and investing in IPOs. It is also a member of the board of directors of Tehran Stock Exchange.
