Polish Energa Group’s profit grows 35% y/y in H1 2023

Polish electric power generation company Energa Group saw its profit for the first half of 2023 rise by 35% on an annual basis to PLN 1.42 billion, Polish News Bulletin (PNB) reported. Revenues reached PLN 13.43 billion.

In the first half of this year, Energa Group generated around 1.7 TWh of gross electricity, 53% of which came from RES, mainly hydroelectric power plants and wind farms, PNB noted.
